Example of overlaying processed imagery of dancers on contemporary environments

These images are taken directly from the Thai Tracings program that was created in Mark Coniglio's Isadora software. It shows some of the forms of video processing used on raw video footage of traditional Thai dancers to create the digital inhabitants of the installation. From digital 'shadow puppets' to empheral traces of dancers of the past these liminal dancers permeate the installation to offer a sense of the co-presence of past and present.
